4.0 out of 5 stars Diablotek 380W m-ATX PHD380M, February 13, 2010

Has been working fine for over a month. Highest wattage micro-ATX power supply I could find with a 6-pin graphics card power connector. Only odd ball thing is the Diablotek had 2 SATA HD power connectors with the 3.3V wiring and 2 without the 3.3V wiring. After a little Wilkapedia research I found that HD manufacturers rarely, if ever, have any features requiring 3.3V in their SATA drives. So, not an issue. ATI recommended a minimum 400W supply for my new Radeon HD4650 graphics adapter. Of course, ATI had no recommended micro-ATX supplies in their list. 380W is close enough to 400W for me. No problems or glitches yet. :-)

The PSU was reasonably priced, has enough power to drive my quad core AND CPU on a MATX motherboard. So far it works fine except for the noise... a bit too loud to my taste.

I was a little worried when I purchased this PSU as there were some negative reviews. All I can say is, it's a perfect sized SFX PSU. If you don't know the difference between SFX and other micro ATX form factors, don't make yourself look like an idiot by posting about this being the "wrong size." If you're unsure about what your needed form factor is, measure your old PSU or the PSU space in your case and check it against the CLEARLY LABELED size of this product in the Product Details: Product Dimensions section. Also, I'm not quite sure who thinks this PSU is loud (as I've seen in a few reviews) because I'm going to be honest, if you think it's loud, you really haven't worked with too many PSUs. There is a slight humming, but certainly not above a whisper, and from a few feet away you would only notice it if you had bat like hearing. Not only is it quiet but it also runs very cool. I used this to replace a stock 250 watt unit in the Apex MI-100 case because I was a little... Read more
