Very quiet. The cords and wires aren't modular, so inside your case will look like you threw an octopus inside of it. The wires are long, and there's a lot of them, and I only have a mid size case, so this was definitely made with large/full size cases in mind. Inside my case has an Nvidia 550ti, Intel core 2 quad, 3 Hard drives, 2 case fans, a USB hub, optical drive, and this powers them all fine.
